Dark Souls Remastered - Drake Glitch And Other Knight Tower Shenanigans
Random funky oddities I encountered on the black knight tower near the Undead Parish.
1. Drake glitch - an animation glitch that wasn't fixed even in the remastered version. After performing the glitch, if you go back to the drake bridge you will be able to see him at his usual spot.
2. Crazy aggro range: in the game there are de-aggro "gates". I'm assuming that the de-aggro gate was set as the arch below. Since the archers don't need to walk or shoot me through the de-aggro gate they stay hostile even when so far away.
3. Enemies popping out of view: another silly visual glitch. It probably has to do with Dark Soul's dynamic rendering that loads enemies and environment details only in the area around you. It's weird since enemies farther away like the archers from glitch #2 are rendered and hostile, so I don't see why closer enemies would pop out of view like that...
