2nd: Houndmaster (dodge trinket + stress trinket) - stress dealer
3rd: Jester (dodge trinket + damage trinket) - deathblow dealer
4th: Vestal (stun trinket + accuracy trinket) - healer
PROS:
1) Great damage output
2) Great stress output
3) Great DoT output
4) Great healing potential
5) 2 stunners
6) 2 deathblowers
CONS:
1) Stress is a menace
2) DoT is a menace
3) Stuns are a menace
4) Marks are a menace
Blood and Guts (DD) is a damage team with great strength of stress and DoT. You have 3 (self)healers, 2 stunners and 2 deathblowers. Unfortunately this team is vulnerable against mark and stress teams.
I tried to play a few strategies, such as „full stress“, „double finisher“, „mix damage + stress“ and „mix damage + DoT“. I tried both variantions of Hellion (damager / stresser), it’s better to stick with damage variantion.
My advice: Start with Jester for buffing the team, next use Hellion for dealing damage / stressing and, then Vestal for stunning someone and lastly Houndmaster for applying DoT.
Now this team… On paper it looks nice, but unfortunately the reality is different. The team’s advantage is in Vestal - for healing and much better stunning chance. On the other hand, she’s an easy target. I lost many matches… 2x against darkest players (with based/odd teams), 1x against apprentice player with weird damage team and 1x against DoT Bot. Yes, I lost against Bot. You can make some pressure, but the team is quite fragile and not accurate. Sometimes you need Houndmaster as damager and sometimes as guardian. Even the score, this was just… mid.
