Grim reapers is a ,,damage-stress“ team, here are roles of characters:
1st: Flagellant (Gauntlet of Absolution + damage trinket) - damage dealer
2nd: Bounty hunter (Grappling Mits + accuracy trinket) - deathblow dealer
3rd: Antiquarian (Tears of the Lost + dodge trinket) - stress dealer
4th: Houndmaster (dodge trinket + damage trinket) - damage dealer
PROS:
1) Mark synergy (Bounty hunter + Houndmaster)
2) Great damage output
3) Great stress output
4) Great DoT output
5) Great healing potential
6) 2 guardians
CONS:
1) Disruption is a menace
2) DoT is a menace
3) Stress is a menace
4) Marks are a menace
5) Stuns are a menace
Grim reapers is a nice damage team with great strength of stress and DoT. You have a powerful mark synergy, 3 (self)healers and 2 guardians. Sadly this team is vulnerable against mark and stress teams.
I tried to play a few strategies, like „double finisher“, „mark team“, „mix damage + DoT“ and „original setup“. I didn’t tried the „full stress“ setup, because you already can make big amount of stress with all strategies.
My advice: Start with Bounty hunter for disruption, next use Flagellant for applying DoT, then Antiquarian for regeneration and lastly Houndmaster for dealing damage.
Before I started this showcases, I already tested this team with one of Discord members and it was good for playing. Now I got a chance to prove the team’s strenght with different strategies. And, it’s something. You can make a great pressure for opponent, because of DoTs and the mark synergy. Plus if you spam Antiquarian’s „Rejuvenation vapours“, you don’t need to be worry about healing. The team‘s downside, they can be disrupted very easily. Sadly I lost once against darkest player with an odd DoT team. What’s really shame, I didn’t manage to make a match, where all team members would survive. Anyway, this team is really good, I recommend it!
