Kerosene is a ,,damage-stress“ team, here are roles of characters:
1st: Flagellant (Gauntlet of Absolution + damage trinket) - DoT dealer
2nd: Man at arms (stun resist trinket + Protector’s Kite) - supporteer
3rd: Antiquarian (Tears of the Lost + dodge trinket) - DoT dealer
4th: Hellion (accuracy trinket + damage trinket) - damage dealer
PROS:
1) Great damage output
2) Great stress output
3) Great DoT output
4) Great healing potential
5) 2 guardians
CONS:
1) Marks are a menace
2) Stuns are a menace
3) Stress is a menace
4) DoT is a menace
5) Disruption is a menace
Kerosene is a damage team with great strength of stress and DoT. You have 3 (self)healers, 2 guardians and many ways for applying stress and DoT. Unfortunately this team is vulnerable against stress and mark teams.
I tried to play a few strategies, like „original setup“, „mix damage + DoT“, „double finisher“ and „full stress“. I tried both variantions of Man at arms (damager / stresser) and Hellion (damager / stresser), for both it’s better to stick with damage variantion.
My advice: Start with Man at arms for opening the riposte OR buffing the team, next use Flagellant for applying DoT, then Antiquarian for regeneration spam and lastly Hellion for dealing some damage.
Interesting team! DoT hybrid team with Hellion in the backline. You can make a pressure to the opponent, guard your characters if it’s necessary, but most importantly the team’s gimmick is in Hellion. If you buff hers CRIT chance, she can make very… very great amount of damage. Sadly I lost 2x against darkest players with based teams. Honestly, the team is good, I like it, but I cannot give them higher rate unless mid, because of players in the queue.
