Nightshift (DD) is a ,,damage-stress" team, here are roles of characters:

1st: Crusader (damage trinkets) - damage dealer
2nd: Vestal (stun trinket + accuracy trinket) - healer
3rd: Jester (dodge trinket + damage trinket) - deathblow dealer
4th: Occultist (dodge trinket + stress trinket) - stress dealer

PROS:
1) Great damage output
2) Great stress output
3) Great DoT output
4) Great healing potential
5) 2 stunners
6) 2 deathblowers

CONS:
1) Stress is a menace
2) Stuns are a menace
3) Marks are a menace
4) Disruption is a menace

Nightshift (DD) is a nice damage team with great strenght of stress and DoT. You have 3 healers, 2 stunners and 2 deathblowers. Sadly this team is vulnerable against mark and stress teams.

I played a few strategies, like „mix damage + DoT“, „the finishers“, „support Crusader“ or „mix damage + stress“. The „mix damage + stress / DoT“ are probably the best strategies.

My advice: Start with one of your stunners (Crusader / Vestal) for stunning someone, next use Jester for buffing the team OR immediately attack, lastly Occultist for disruption or healing.

Another team with Vestal + Crusader in frontline. What a matches. The great power of this team lies in 2 stunners and 3 healers. Unfortunately I lost 2 matches against darkest players with a decent teams. Not a bad team, you’ve should try them too!
