Stardust Crusaders is a ,,damage-stress“ team, here are roles of characters:

1st: Leper (accuracy trinkets) - damage dealer
2nd: Man at arms (stun resist trinket + accuracy trinket) - supporteer
3rd: Abomination (damage trinkets) - damage dealer
4th: Occultist (stress trinket + dodge trinket) - stress dealer

PROS:
1) Porcupine
2) Great damage output
3) Great stress output
4) Great DoT output
5) Great healing potential
6) 4 disruptors

CONS:
1) Marks are a menace
2) Stuns are a menace
3) Stress is a menace
4) Disruption is a menace

Stardust Crusaders is a damage team, that combines also stress and DoT. All characters can disrupt the opponent’s team, next you have 3 (self)healers and 2 riposters. Unfortunately this team is vulnerable against mark and stress teams.

I tried to play a few strategies, like „full stress“, „original setup“, „the finishers“ and „porcupine“. I tried both variantions of Man at arms (damager / stresser), it’s better choice to have him as damager. And both variantions of Abomination (melee beast / DoT puker), both variantions are good.

My advice: Good choice, if your Leper have a skill „Purge“, if yes, start with him, otherwise use Abomination for opening the riposte. Then Man at arms for buffing the team and lastly Occultist for dealing some stress.

This team is bad and I’m dissapointed. On the paper it looks nice, lots of damage and DoT + porcupine. Sadly the reality is… way more different. I started with my usual tactics - against novices. Ok, sounds promising. And then the original setup… against darkest players and veterans. NO. CHANCE. I have no clue, how’s possible, that „original setup“ won some matches against darkest players? Not for me, I guess. And after switching to different strategies, the results weren’t different. I lost 6x - 2x against darkest players, one with mark team, one with DoT team and 4x against veteran players (damage-stress-DoT teams). This team was real pain in butt, if it wasn’t that last victory against darkest player, this team would have the lowest rating. But since you have some chances to beat harder opponents… Still, I don’t like this team and I don‘t not recommend it.
