In this playthrough the game will be more difficult; enemies will hit harder and with more accuracy, stress will build on my heroes more quickly and we can run into a nasty boss known as the Shambler when the torch light hits 0. However, there are benefits, we get bonus crit chance at low light, and more loot. Despite the increased difficulty, if any hero dies at any time, I will restart, hence deathless.
