Darktide - Alternative Surge Psyker Build - CC Focused Psyker - High CC - Lower DPS

It's me, your friendly neighbourhood Robot. I am a Creator and Partner for Warhammer 40,000: DarkTide and FatsharkAB.
In this video, I am showing (as requested) my alternative Surge Psyker build. This is different from the BB focused Surge Psyker because this one lowers your overall damage potential to focus heavily on CC. You will therefore be weaker against Monstrosities and less able to kill Elites and Specials via BB, BUT you don't have to worry about maintaining Warp Charges and you can focus almost exclusively on ZAPPING.
CURRENT BUILD RULES (for my Channel):
1) Builds must be as simple as possible (the less blessings and perks, the better).
2) Tested in Damnation with Intense Conditions (must be a victory to count).
3) Tested LIVE on Stream in front of an audience (no bullshit basically)
