I replay the 1997 PC port of Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire, which depicts the adventures of mercenary ship captain Dash Rendar, his droid companion Leebo and their ship the Outrider in a quest to aid the Rebel Alliance against both the Empire and the crime lord Prince Xizor and his Black Sun syndicate. Set between the events of The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, together with an accompanying comic book and novel showing other sides of the events, Shadows of the Empire explored a period in Star Wars canon that had not been previously touched upon (to my knowledge), and was intended to reinvigorate interest in the franchise prior to the advent of the prequel films.

In this episode we play through the bulk of the game on Medium difficulty (apparently I'd only ever played Easy before) before running into an odd rendering error and subsequent crash aboard the Imperial freighter Suprosa.
