Day 4 #Workout - One Punch Man - January 3rd #resolution
Starting to feel better during the workouts and the first 40 push ups or so are not as hard. The extra running before working out seems to warm up the muscles just as much as doing Yoga, so when it is nice outside that is what I am going to do. I hope others are working hard to make their new years resolutions come true. Keep up the hard work and any likes and comments of encouragement are greatly appreciated!

400 - Knee Push Ups
400 - Sit Ups
400 - Squats
200 - Modified Pull Ups
Jog - 40 Min
Walk - 1.33 Hour
