The first two sets were pretty good but the 3rd and 4th set kicked my butt today. Much harder than the days before. I somehow got a second wind by the 5th set but glad I am still working hard and coming up on a week straight of doing this workout at 100% completion. Taken some time to get to this point.

250 - Modified Pull Ups
Jog - 5 Min
