Day 9 #Workout - Modified One Punch Man - January 8th - #GetFit
Still having trouble with that 4th set and getting really tired but regaining energy by the 5th set. I am also loving how many calories I am burning while working out and that this doesn't seem to be pushing muscles or joints to hard with doing prep work for a couple of months before this by doing the exercise while only doing 2 sets a day for 3 days a week.
I am not sure what my goal will be with doing this workout for the time being but I am feeling good and happy while doing the workouts and I want to keep pushing myself to get even stronger and healthier.
