Day 2 #Workout - One Punch Man With Yoga & Relaxation Breathing - January 1st
Muscles and back were a little tight from yesterdays workout so I added in some yoga to help relax the muscles and get ready to workout. I also did some extra relaxation breathing techniques to help get my heartrate down. Sometimes it will spike while working out and I get a little dizzy. I appreciate the views and likes, the encouragement helps a lot too :) Anyone else wanting to join in on this would be awesome!
Workout Totals So Far:
200 - Knee Push Ups
200 - Sit Ups
200 - Squats
100 - Modified Pull Ups
Jog - 20 Min
Walk - 40 Min
