After 1st theme which is picked out by the player the 1st rule is started if your doing a new Island
1: Spin for the theme
2: Time travel, Nintendo online is ok.
3: DLC Is Required
4: 10 villagers that fit the theme, 10 NMT must be used for every home, once 10 NMT has been used can use Amibbo cards.

5 areas must be decorated
all builds must be decorated
my home must be decorated
all of the above must be Decorated in the theme
