Days Gone PS4 full let’s play walkthrough. Gameplay on normal level, presented in 1080p and 60fps.
Episode 20:
No-one saw it coming, Not gonna kill anyone, No place else to go & We’ve all done things

The main crux of this episode is getting an increasingly delirious Boozer - who tries to shot Deacon with his shotgun when he returns home - to Iron Mike’s camp who have medical facilities to treat his infected arm wound. There’s just the little matter of the kill order on Deacon to sort out! Because of that he takes the sneaky approach trying to get antibiotic drugs and leave undetected. That goes as you’d expect! The upshot is by the end we have a new 3rd camp to go to and trade with. Iron Mike is the nicest looking and laid out site yet.

The episode includes a lovely sequence set to music set to music, the song starts playing at 7:55. It is the soundtrack as Deacon drives Boozer to Iron Mike’s camp to get treatment and shares some of this thoughts on their life and survival along the way. The song is:

As per usual with YouTube these days, I got a music claim - on behalf of UMG in this case - for this song being included in the gameplay footage. Now I will happily admit the song makes the scene and I made a point of capturing it in full. That said it seems a bit much to get a claim for a completely unstoppable song which they chose to include in a video game. I had a montetisation or ads claim against me which was entirely predictable. Given I don’t make anything anyway who cares, as I don’t have a copyright strike for it and am allowed to leave it up (as long as they can have any hypothetical funds I might earn from it) I’m leaving it.

Days Gone is an action-adventure survival horror video game developed by SIE Bend Studio and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for PlayStation 4. Days Gone is set in a post-apocalyptic open world, played from a third-person perspective. The player controls Deacon St. John (Sam Witwer), a former outlaw-turned-drifter and bounty hunter who prefers life on the road to wilderness encampments. The game takes place two years after a global pandemic occurred almost wiping all of humanity, and transformed millions of others into "Freakers", mindless zombie-like creatures that are quickly evolving. In the E3 2016 stage demo, two types of "Freakers" were revealed, Newts and Hordes. In the E3 2017 stage demo, infected animals such as bears and wolves were revealed to also comprise the "Freakers", and human enemies are revealed to be featured in the game as well.
Characters include: Sarah St. John, Manny, Mark Copeland, Iron Mike, Addison Walker and Rikki Patil.

As usual my video is basically the “boring bits removed” version! What do I mean by that? Mostly I like to tighten things up for entertainment value and make it more like a movie. I don’t know about you but I find sitting through long loading screens staring at the screen for 2 minutes pretty dry stuff, just because I have to while I’m playing it I don’t see why I should inflict it upon my viewers! As such I’ve cut out the loading screens so it cuts directly from scene to scene to keep move things along.

The gameplay itself is that captured using an Elgato HD60 Game Capture in 1080p resolution. If you don't see this quality and are able to display it, please do pause and manually up the resolution to 1080p - YouTube defaults to lower sometimes for some reason (if anyone knows why please comment with how I can force the optimum resolution as default).

Cheers,
Ian
