DAYS GONE LET'S PLAY E15 | The rest of our drugs
Days Gone PS4 full let’s play walkthrough. Gameplay on normal level, presented in 1080p and 60fps.
Episode 15:
Bear Creek ambush camp (for Tucker), The rest of our drugs & I brought you something
As the subtitle implies this is an episode of 3 distinct parts. The Bear Creek ambush section was a mostly stealthy shoot out, my favourite type of gamplay and as such good fun. I makes perfect sense strategic sense to me to hole yourself up in a relatively secure indoor location and take out people as they come to you. The next part is the rest of our drugs mission for Tucker, where we have a motorbike chase to catch Roach can get the Hot Springs drugs back. I brought you something is a side mission to cheer up Lisa (well try to) by finding thunderegg (whatever one of those is!) which she wants. Turns out she wants to leave the camp and isn’t at all cheered up by Deacon saying he can’t. Well worth risking his life for then!

Days Gone is an action-adventure survival horror video game developed by SIE Bend Studio and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for PlayStation 4. Days Gone is set in a post-apocalyptic open world, played from a third-person perspective. The player controls Deacon St. John (Sam Witwer), a former outlaw-turned-drifter and bounty hunter who prefers life on the road to wilderness encampments. The game takes place two years after a global pandemic occurred almost wiping all of humanity, and transformed millions of others into "Freakers", mindless zombie-like creatures that are quickly evolving. In the E3 2016 stage demo, two types of "Freakers" were revealed, Newts and Hordes. In the E3 2017 stage demo, infected animals such as bears and wolves were revealed to also comprise the "Freakers", and human enemies are revealed to be featured in the game as well.
Characters include: Sarah St. John, Manny, Mark Copeland, Iron Mike, Addison Walker and Rikki Patil.
As usual my video is basically the “boring bits removed” version! What do I mean by that? Mostly I like to tighten things up for entertainment value and make it more like a movie. I don’t know about you but I find sitting through long loading screens staring at the screen for 2 minutes pretty dry stuff, just because I have to while I’m playing it I don’t see why I should inflict it upon my viewers! As such I’ve cut out the loading screens so it cuts directly from scene to scene to keep move things along.
The gameplay itself is that captured using an Elgato HD60 Game Capture in 1080p resolution. If you don't see this quality and are able to display it, please do pause and manually up the resolution to 1080p - YouTube defaults to lower sometimes for some reason (if anyone knows why please comment with how I can force the optimum resolution as default).
Cheers,
Ian
