A small update this time, live on PC & Xbox Experimental Servers, that will probably go live for public servers & PlayStation around the 20th of May, but the fact that the Livonia DLC will be free to all, is great news.
The new VS-89 Sniper Rifle is called type name="SV98" in your servers types.xml mission file, with the mag being type name="Mag_SV98_10Rnd , and it takes 7.62 x 54 ammo.
