DCC Fitting Guide: Let's Install A DCC Decoder Into A Murphy Models GM 201 Class Locomotive HD
19I made this DCC Fitting Guide back in April but have only just got round to uploading it just recently. This a simple guide of fitting a 21 pin DCC decoder into a Murply Models OO Gauge GM 201 Class diesel locomotive and the decoder that I have temporary used here is the ESU LokPilot V4.0 with a max output of 1 Amp (2 Amp peak) and these ESU decoders may cost more but you get what you pay for. Installing a decoder is dead easy to do and no tools are required for this task. The job itself can be done in less than 5 minutes. In my opinion these models from Murphy Models are perhaps the most easiest model trains to fit a DCC decoder processor into. Anyway I hope that this simple DCC guide will be useful to someone :).
