As many of you may be aware, Famuyiwa isn’t the first director to drop out of the Flash. Seth Grahame-Smith, who wrote the script for the movie and was set to make his directorial debut with it, also dropped out over «creative differences» earlier this year. That the movie now has lost not one but two directors to the catch all phrase «creative differences» doesn’t really mesh with Warner’s earlier claims and boasts about being filmmaker driven.
In this video @AndreEinherjar will first talk a bit about what creative differences actually mean, before moving on to what losing yet another director means for the Flash movie, and what it implies for DC’s filmmaker driven approach as a whole. Then, he’ll look into what AT&T buying Time Warner might mean for the future of DC, and some disturbing comments about the script for the upcoming Batman solo movie.
