De La Jet Set Radio chapter 1 GG (Route B) - Level 7: Noise Reduction
Jet Set Radio (originally released in North America as Jet Grind Radio) is a 2000 action game developed by Smilebit and published by Sega for the Dreamcast. The player controls a member of a youth gang, the GGs, as they use inline skates to traverse Tokyo, spraying graffiti, challenging rival gangs, and evading authorities.
Sega re-released the game in Japan under the name De La Jet Set Radio. This version was released on October 18, 2001, in Japan via Dreamcast Direct (later renamed Sega Direct) and features content that was originally exclusive to PAL and North American versions, namely music, two playable characters, and two stages.
Here we are, the final showdown against the Noise Tank. I tried several characters here in the recording I did of this level before I edited it but none of them could match the speed of the Noise Tank in Tagger's Tag. Tried Poison Jam (He managed to catch up but still not fast enough), Yo-Yo (Fast enough to eliminate 2 but almost ran out of time because the last one is faster than the others), and lastly, Beat. Beat the only one managed to catch up to all of them and there was a bug with the last Noise Tank's AI so I exploited that by relentlessly tagging his back before the AI could react. Sheesh, this level is annoying as heck.
