Jet Set Radio (originally released in North America as Jet Grind Radio) is a 2000 action game developed by Smilebit and published by Sega for the Dreamcast. The player controls a member of a youth gang, the GGs, as they use inline skates to traverse Tokyo, spraying graffiti, challenging rival gangs, and evading authorities.

Sega re-released the game in Japan under the name De La Jet Set Radio. This version was released on October 18, 2001, in Japan via Dreamcast Direct (later renamed Sega Direct) and features content that was originally exclusive to PAL and North American versions, namely music, two playable characters, and two stages.

After Cube, it's Combo's turn next. He asks to join the gang which Beat replied," Alright then, you have to race with me. Whoever tags first will win!". Now it would be an easy race if we did the race as Beat but we're playing as Combo racing against Beat here so it won't be an easy race as Combo is slow and had a large hitbox which could prevent him from entering the gate from the sewer which lead to the street and give Beat and unbeatable advantage in the race. I retry both Cube and Combo's challenge several times (Cube, 5 times and Combo, 3 times) before I finally get a grip of the sudden control stiffness. Then again, not falling down to the half pipe was a good idea since Beat's AI here couldn't detect Combo's presence and by the time I already went ahead of him and arrived on the street, he just finally decided to move on to the tag location which I already took a shortcut with several cans there and tag first.

Note: Did I just see Beat giving that frown face for a second before he speak or was it just animation error?
