De La Jet Set Radio chapter 2 Combo & Cube - Level 1: Tag or Die
Jet Set Radio (originally released in North America as Jet Grind Radio) is a 2000 action game developed by Smilebit and published by Sega for the Dreamcast. The player controls a member of a youth gang, the GGs, as they use inline skates to traverse Tokyo, spraying graffiti, challenging rival gangs, and evading authorities.
Sega re-released the game in Japan under the name De La Jet Set Radio. This version was released on October 18, 2001, in Japan via Dreamcast Direct (later renamed Sega Direct) and features content that was originally exclusive to PAL and North American versions, namely music, two playable characters, and two stages.
A level that takes place at Bantam Street in the past. You cannot pick other characters this time except for Cube and Combo in the photo which temporarily replaces the Street map for now. Combo has a lot of health, but he wasn't an ideal character especially when you are racing against time (unless you know what you're doing) but Cube has the most balanced stat which made her suitable for the entire chapter 2. In here, your job is to tag all the Graffiti spots while being chased or attacked by the Golden Rhinos assassins on sights. They're not too dangerous except for the assassins with the electric whip which you need to keep a lookout for when they arrive. These assassins will keep chasing you in the higher level of the Graffiti spots so the only tactic to do is tag and run but I'm already running out of time, so I had to keep going even with the assassin relentlessly attacking me in the middle of tagging unless my character is low on health or in critical condition. They don't call this level Tag or Die for no reason for sure. Live or die! Tag or die, rudie!
Quick, there's not much time left in this level! Go, go, go!
Note: The AI of these assassins could get broken at times and they will end up running around cluelessly even when you're tagging right in front of them or running to the wall for no reason.
