Apologies for the lag that occurs here and there, I was tweaking around with settings.

To get Acceptance Blueprint, you need to go this route AND play on 3-cell difficulty:

1. Prisoner's Cell: Nothing special, just run until you reach Promenade of the Condemned.
2. Promenade of the Condemned: You will need the Beliar and Spider rune. Collect all three gardener's keys(one of them is hidden in the background, stomp on it 3 times to get) and go to the Ramparts.
3. From Ramparts, find the moonflower key. Then go to one of the 3-boss cell doors, which will take you to the Insufferable Crypt.
4. Defeat the Watcher.
5. Find the 2nd moonflower key in Graveyard, then go to Forgotten Seppulchre.
6. Find the 3rd moonflower key in Forgotten Seppulchre, then go to Clock Room.
7. Defeat the Assassin.
8. In Castle find the secret tunnel to 3 locked doors, which contains Acceptance.
9. Don't die before you turn in the blueprint to the collector.

Some other tips:
-Mutations like Alienation aid greatly for healing.
-Always go for cursed chests, those stats matter in the long run. But make sure you don't kill all the enemies prior to opening up a cursed chest, otherwise have fun fighting the bosses while cursed.
-Don't be bad. Like me.
