The number notation system for inputs:

7 8 9
4 5 6
1 2 3

1 = down+back
2 = down
3 = down+forward
4 = back
5 = neutral
6 = forward
7 = up+back
8 = up
9 = up+forward

qcf = quarter circle forward
qcb = quarter circle back
hcf = half circle forward
hcb = half circle back

This is an annoying command training. She's got moves that cannot be mashed and are strict on timing so best to try and get used to them. If you're using an arcade stick like myself then your going to have to unplug the stick and connect your controller to view the demo if needed. Luckily this video shows the moves so there's no need to. I also will show you all the stances to save you a headache :p

Back to foe: 44P
Flamingo stance:: P+K
While Stepping: First enter Flamingo stance(P+K) then input 3 P+K then the indicated move. Make sure you are quick on the input because it needs to register while she's in the stance.
While stepping forward: 66P+K(NOTE: there's no need to enter Flamingo stance)

Good luck on this one because its a little bit tricky. With a little time and practice you should be able to nail it :)
