Dead Space 2 is a 2011 survival horror game developed by Visceral Games and published by Electronic Arts. It was released for PlayStation 3, Windows, and Xbox 360 in January. The second mainline entry in the Dead Space series, set on the Titan-based Sprawl space station, the story follows series protagonist Isaac Clarke as he fights against both an outbreak of the monstrous Necromorphs and debilitating mental illness induced by the alien Markers.

After doing weapon showcases for Dead Space 1 and its remake it only makes sense to do one for Dead Space 2, It will also offer a nice comparison if a Dead Space 2 Remake gets made.

I will cover all weapons other than the Foam Finger that you unlock for completing impossible mode so you can discover it for yourself. But there are many videos showcasing that weapon if you want to see it.

I decided to use the church of unitoligy to test the weapons as it offers several different enemy types, similarly to an old video that I saw showing off all the weapons when the game came out. I can't find the video anymore to credit the original unfortunately.
