Part 46: Boring a Hole into the Government Sector (Chapter 12)

In most of this video, I do nothing but stand on top of a big cave drill and fight of wave after wave of necromonsters, with no way to buy more med packs! I get swarmed by elite pukers and slashers, while lurkers launch crap at me from ledges. I die twice, and for the third (and successful) attempt, I reload from a previous save so I can buy more med packs. I make it through, and we bore right into the government sector.

Ellie and I are separated again, but she finds a gunship that we can use to escape. I move through a few hallways to help her launch the gunship, but I don't join her. She is devastated that I remained behind to die, and then my dead girlfriend (now much more docile than before) visits me in my head again. She seems interested in showing me the way...
