Chapter 1: Straightforward. I had a bad boss fight at the end though.

Chapter 2: The most likely chapter to die in (of these ones at least). Between the luggage room with three exploders and the end of the train sequence, it's pretty stressful (at least for me, especially cus I suck at the train part). I'm pretty sure it also has the dreaded laundry room.

Chapter 3: I don't even remember what happens in it.

Chapter 4: I do remember what happens in this one, but that doesn't change the fact that it's easy.

Chapter 5: Overall easy still, the last big room is no problem if you take it slow. Using the hallway for the kids is really nice; it funnels them perfectly, sometimes a single shot kills two, and its easy to pick up their corpses and throw them at each other to both kill them and get loot (before they despawn).

Chapter 6: Nothing remarkable so far, I saved right here because there's an obnoxious as shit room right in front of me with 6 leapers and I'm really really bad at it. Ideally, I would make my first save right before going up the elevator to the solar array in chapter 7.

Weapons/Upgrades/etc: highly HIGHLY recommend upgrading stasis before anything else, especially charge. The first HP node on the RIG is a good idea to pick up. The second only if you feel you need it, I took it. The others can wait until everything else is done. Air is useless. Kinesis is good if you use it, I guess.

If you're going to use the plasma cutter, grabbing the first damage node is a good idea. Personally, I prefer damage, then reload and/or speed, then capacity for the PC.

In a Zealot game I really love using the Seeker Rifle (it's so satisfying), but it's just not reliable enough for HC. Pains me to leave it behind. I can't really make any comments on other weapons.
