There are two Deadeye badges you can unlock, Deep Range Deadeye and Mid-range Deadeye.

The principle is the same for both. You need to pull up to defender's face, and shoot from that position (of course you need to score).

To make sure you pulled off a successful deadeye shot, you can feint an attack, and then shoot!
Mid-range is acquired by shooting from around the free throw line (15ft), while the Deep Range one is done by shooting 3-pointers.

Finally you need to repeat the animation 100 times to unlock the bronze Deadeye Badge, after which you can upgrade to silver and gold by spending VC in the store.
