The Russian city of Saint Petersburg is famous for its moody weather, and recently it's been very much so. After a few weeks of true Russian winter coldness and snow it got warmer, and the icicles and snow on the rooftops started to melt. I went outside to film a completely different video but was kinda shook by all the ice falling around the city. So, in today's video we'll take a walk around the center of St. Petersburg, check out what's going on and discuss how the icicle situation is different from regular Soviet cities with Soviet city planning and commieblocks.
