The area is surrounded by ghost mech. Higgs ambushed Sam as he setting up the chiral network. He took this opportunity to torture Sam forcing him to keep repatriate over and over again. Not long before, Rainy, Fragile and Tomorrow come to stop Higgs. After the incident with Higgs, Sam took some time to recover then Tarman asked Sam to deliver stabilizer to F7 North Distribution Center to link up the last few of the remaining network.
