Been a while since we did this run and the only thing i really remember is the 0 frames during the warehouse event.

This was done on Grimalackt's Deathwish and Onslaught difficulty mods. Deathwish is meant to be a difficulty above legend, enemies have more health, deal more damage and are harder to cleave and stagger.
Onslaught is more like a deed mutator, it increases the number of all enemy spawns as well as increasing the frequency of horde and special spawns, guaranteeing a boss or patrol whenever possible and it has customised event spawns for each map.

This lets you one-hit headshot fanatics, light+light+charge headshots to kill a stormvermin and also lets you bodyshot slaverats.
I don't think i ran power vs chaos/armour on hag this run, but it lets you stagger warriors out of more animations.
