This was done om Grimalackt's Deathwish and Onslaught difficulty mods. Deathwish is meant to be a tougher base difficulty a step above legend and increases enemy damage, health and mass making them harder to cleave and stagger.
I onslaught is a work in progress and changes spawn rates for enemies and has custom event spawns.

Righteous Stand feels like the perfect onslaught map. It's got good areas to fight in, both nice lineups for shotguns and enough space for wholesome melee combat.
The events are more geared towards (un)coordinated kiting over stay 'n' slay, but doesn't feel too forced.
Team comp is pretty much Huntsman hypercarry with ranger feeding Kruber's potion addiction.
Wizard over elf is because Bio is a hipster elf hater.

Everyone's using the new weapons, but otherwise builds should be the same.
