This is a video of the Debug Mode in Sonic Adventure DX for the PC. I used Sonic Adventure DX PC Memory Editor V2.00 BETA. Google it.
If you can't find it anywhere, then add this address to a memory editing utility (like Cheat Engine) and change the value to 1:
03B29D08
Keep in mind that this code only works for the Japanese/Europe version.

Make sure that you turn the code OFF before you enter a new area.

Also, sorry about the cursor being in the way.

About the flute key:
-If you have a gamepad:
Pause gameplay, access the controls menu, and redefine your "Flute" button. That way, you'll always know where the flute button is.
-If you don't:
The Flute key is the [A] key.
