Woah! A new level! I started decorating this mid-december 2021 and I’m honestly surprised that I managed to finish it in less than a year. I crammed SO many effects into this level to create a total of 8 parts with differing decoration, almost making it look like a megacollab. This was a ton of work compared to the 5 parts in Dreamer and 3.5ish in Late, and I probably won’t put this many effects into a single level next time. I managed to make this level with less than 40k objects, which I think is pretty impressive (Dreamer has (had) 43781 and Late has 21851 for comparison) but it has a lot of movements and rotations making it lag in practice mode, so watch out for that I guess.
You might have noticed that this level has no spikes or saws and that it’s also entirely in half speed. These 2 quirks combined made it pretty hard to kill the player so I had to make some strange structuring choices (let me know if you find any areas where you can fall out of the level). I think that the slow speed combined with decently high cps makes this level pretty fun and satisfying to play, and I hope people actually find it enjoyable.
I’d like to give a shoutout to Overgrowth, DracoZeon, and Koopling2 for playtesting, and another shoutout to all of the people I’ve met over the past year in the Insane Demonlist discord, especially to Efrxim, SirPotatOwO, truebino and everyone else I was working with on the Pulsation team.
