From Part 1, mysterious enemies were attempting to capture Mira, but failed after Mira uses the new mecha T car. Citrus needs to get QSPEED energy from the other Racing Gods to help Mira recharge the mecha, but was later found that the other Racing Gods have lost control of their QSPEED, thus the enemy are controlling them. The mystery man interferes with their communications, Byron was captured, but Rain was saved after Bobo, his little hound pet, was resonating with Citrus's QSPEED. And here we are with Part 2.
