They can be found pretty cheap on eBay $60-$100 depending on conditions and whether all the parts are there. This one is a 2008 PowerEdge 1950 EMU01 and runs the latest version of ESXi (6.5) I have more ram on the way to hopefully go from 4GB of RAM to 12GB! I use mine to run VM's through ESXi which is a standalone Hypervisor so it gives most of the hardware resources to the VM which being an older system really helps them run well.
