Deltanova Progress #1 (85%)
8OK, I know I should have waited to upload this tomorrow, but I had to get this out.
I figured since I was bored out of my mind of easy demons I would try to come back to something I tried to do before. I went into the level and practiced the end a bit, even getting a 37%-100% run (which I might show as a filler if I run out of uploads). I was playing like a pro, actually getting the awful end down consistently. So I decided, why not try to beat the real thing?
So this is where it got a little crazy. Whenever I would get past the difficult mini wave at 35%-36%, I would consider it a good run. Somehow, I was able to get past that wave the first 9 times I got there. The enraging part was that I died in stupid places in every single one of those attempts (aside from a bug dictated by dumb luck on one death). I was livid that I couldn't use my insane luck to get myself a solid run. The next two times I get to 35% I die, but the attempt after gave me 65%, finally giving me a new record. Dying at that ship part is like a punch is the gut. The fists would turn to daggers when I would die at 64% 3 times and 65% once more in 6 tries past the dumb luck wave, which I would die at half the time at this point. Finally, I would get this run out, but with all the skill I seemed to have today and the luck I was given, I'm frankly disappointed that I couldn't complete it. Also, the amount of times I had to do RyanAB's part ;-;
