23This isn't that hard to do. The attacks before the final attack are randomly selected, with some attacks being harder than others. The attack at 0:28 gave me the most trouble out of the random attacks.
The final attack is different depending on if you use the determination soul or if you use a different soul. In my opinion, the final attack shown in this video is the harder one, due to the amount of bullets on screen and RNG.
I spent about an hour and a half no hitting this, but that's mostly because I was trying to get specific attacks (the ones where the whole screen is the battle box) to show up before the final attack.
