Deltarune Inspired Composition - Lost Behind
14Deltarune in a week (minus one day).
Wait... WE ACTUALLY GET DELTARUNE IN A WEEK (MINUS ONE DAY)!
This was a track that I didn't really anticipate working on, but after seeing the updates to the Spamton Sweepstakes and coming up with the initial melody I really wanted to make something out of it.
In the end my goal was to make a track that somewhat represents December Holiday getting lost, with the music starting more upbeat representing before she disappeared, getting stranger after she dissapears, then getting happier again as time passes and people start to move on, even though she's still out there...
Of course that's just my interpretation of it - I didn't really think too much about that while creating it initially and my ideas as to what it could be changed a lot. And of course, we don't really know the story behind December's disappearance (at the time of writing) so any story I try to convey through that is a headcanon anyway haha.
It actually didn't take that much time for me to make this, I think knowing Chapter 3 and 4 are actually releasing soon is making me feel a lot more inspired. Because OH MY GOD I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S FINALLY HAPPENING! THEY'RE ACTUALLY REAL AND RELEASING IN A WEEK (MINUS ONE DAY)! TWO ENTIRE CHAPTERS, THERE'S GOING TO BE SO MUCH TO DO, EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE SO DIFFERENT! AAAAAAHHH-

Anyway, the video was somewhat rushed because I didn't really know what to do and don't want to take too long to release this, so I hope you can forgive the lackluster visuals.
