This challenge starts you with Dr. Fetus, remote detonator, and the matchstick trinket. It ends when you beat Mom's Heart/It Lives on Womb 2.

Due to a massive nerfing of the Dr. Fetus item between the original game and Rebirth, this challenge was pretty hard. I also made enough mistakes to make it a real struggle but thankfully I was still able to beat it on my first try.
