LOL the deload continues, split cycle 3 since mock meet which absolutely destroyed us. Still dont feel like weve recovered, but the train rolls on. Had to rep the windows 95 hoodie (belovedshirts.com no sponsor, buy stupid clofs - warning its all synthetic, not cotton/wool, bad for cold res/sweating/sensitive baby skin). 87.5 kg was fooking HEAVY lmao, ended up tilted and did a bunch of 96.5 kg singles. Wrists FRIED on squats, ankles FRIED on calves. We dont feel gassed, and blood pressure is fine, just zero power in quads. Feels its a bit mental as well, not able to exert fully (warcry nerf). We have massive stretch marks on inner thigh/adductors TMI? for weeks now.

ZERO Cardio BTW, still waiting to buy a bike lmao, its actually worse now then 6 months ago, supply/demand/prices)

For future reference, 2nd snatch and clean practice day hit:
30.1 kg / 66.3 lbs snatch (up from like 12.1 kg first time lmao, still working out how to not chop my d!ck off. I have to make contact low/early femurs too long. Taking it slow/zero stability in bottom/snatch position due to never using those muscles (ass, hips and shoulders). Obviously we could just arm muscle snatch it ez but thats not the point)
61.1 kg / 134.7 lbs clean with front squat (up from like 56.5 kg, no arm muscle clean involvement, cant jerk as not enough vertical room/no bumper plates/room to fail)
Get mega gassed during the session, dont have developed cardio for it yet.
