UFC heavyweight Derrick Lewis said he actually passed out at one point before weighing in to compete against fellow UFC heavyweight Serghei Spivac before their last fight. Derrick says he has been dealing with a lot of health and diet issues and contributes weight cutting to his recent setbacks in the UFC but says he has it all under control now headed into UFC 291 in Salt Lake City. Derrick will look to get his UFC heavyweight run back on track this weekend as he fights rising UFC heavyweight Marcos Rogerio De Lima at UFC 291.
