All Descent games, including Descent, Descent 2, Descent 3 and it's DLC Mercenary have been pulled from GOG.com. This is apparently down to a royalties payment dispute between the developers Parallax Software and rights holders Interplay.

The devs are accusing Interplay of failing to pay royalties for all the Descent games over a period of many years. Until this is resolved, it will be gone from GOG and supposedly Steam.
