Apple are being sued with a class action lawsuit over how iOS 9 affected older devices, such as the iPhone 4s. The court case is arguing that Apple deliberately hid the performance problems of the iPhone operating system on the iPhone 4s to force customers to upgrade to a newer smartphone, such as the iPhone 6s.

They are essentially arguing that Apple deliberately financially benefited from the bugs and slowdowns on older smart devices.
