Part 5 - Enter, Bede the Jokeoff!

Francesca and her team visit a camp along the way to Turffield so her team can be able to interact with other Pokemon as well as Francesca meeting up with other trainers, but also to cook curries to raise up her team's friendship levels (this is helpful for certain perks like evolving certain Pokemon with certain moves, held items or during times of day). Upon going into the Galar Mines, Francesca meets up with the young lad seen in Motostoke and is collecting Wishing Stars. His name? Bede and he is the biggest Jokeoff/arrogant boy in the Pokemon series (more so than Gary Oak/Blue and even Silver.) who gets demolished by Francesca's Butterfree (yes folks, Bug types destroy Psychic types). Once Francesca gets out of the mine, she gets bumped into by a Wooloo, belonging to Milo from the nearby Turffield and she goes to the town where she is ready to take on her first gym.
