If anyone is on the quest where you have to use the engram decoder but cannot see your engrams, you MUST delete an engram. Choose the one with the lowest power level and delete it. It's not worth keeping anyways. Just take the one from The Drifter and it will fix this. It is not really a bug, just a shitty feature in this quest that requires you to grab an engram FROM the drifter to add the next step into the game that allows you to use the decoder. I'm also new to this game!
