In Operation: Sancat, we travel to the Warmind Bunker in the Cosmodrome to recover classified information for Rasputin. Along the way we also learn some details from Rasputin about his past actions and one particularly questionable action he came very close to making. Quite an interesting mission, however I feel it could've done with a tad more to it. However I also feel it's purpose was more to convey story details as opposed to having a fun time obliterating enemies and in that regard I'd say it was quite good!
