We call this glitch the "Phoenix Dive Glitch".
All you need is a slanted wall, and you can go through walls, floors, or ceilings. Simply jump and P-Dive, and you'll do one of 2 things...you'll either float, or go through the ground. If you float, you'll be able to breach walls and ceilings.
The founder of this glitching method is Team Vesper. We've been using it well before the Emote Glitch came out and it's how we've been getting into all the out of map areas.

People were getting close to solving it. I didn't want to sit around with my thumb up my ass while the glitch got out. I hate to upload before Team Vesper, but they weren't ever going to make a video on it. Full credit to them though.
They didn't actually tell me about the glitch. I learned it from a friend of mine. The credit that I give them is out of the utmost respect.
While they are the founder of the method, I am the founder of this particular spot.
This will most likely be patched. I'll update the title when it's been patched.
