First go to Amanda Holliday in the right wing of the tower and collect the Make the Vanguard Smile Quest.
---This Quest has 2 Steps---
Reward: SR-0 Swiftriver Sparrow
★STEP 1 "Prove Yourself Through Energy Bursts" 00:03
First you need to find "Burst Patrols", which can be found on any planet and have a clock symbol. I found the one on Venus to be easiest.
00:55 You now have to race through blue lights that are spread across the area you are currently in. Race through them with your sparrow as quickly as possible (should be done in about 30 seconds) to spawn orange lights which trigger the OVERCHARGE.
IF YOU GET TO 100% AFTER 30 SECONDS YOU WILL COMPLETE THE PATROL EARLY AND HAVE START SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I played about 5 of these bounties and it seems you need to get the orange light only once. After that you only need to keep it over 0% and get blue lights. There are now orange lights around after you reach the first overcharge, which should give you and instant bump in overcharge. (Have not tested this)
After finishing this step, fisit 2 more Burst Patrols to complete the second objective.
★STEP 2 "Prove Yourself in Rasputin's Bunker" 02:02
A new version of the Fallen S.A.B.E.R Strike is now available on earth. You have to kill 8 Sniper Shanks and the Boss. Since this is matchmade and you play with other players most of the time, it can be a little tricky since there are actually not that many Sniper Shanks in this mission.
SNIPER SHANKS KILLED BY YOUR TEAMMATES DON'T COUNT FOR YOU
You will get about 7 Sniper Shanks up until the S.A.B.E.R Boss Boss firght from what have played. So you can't kill the boss too quickly. Wait until the 4 little windows high up in the boss room open (This happens once the boss reaches about 50%-25% health) and get your last Sniper Shank Kills. After That you can finish off the boss and return to Amanda for your new legendary sparrow, the SR-0 Swiftriver.
