262In Destiny The Taken King Year 2 of the game many changes are taking place. One of the changes are is a new consumable that has been added to the game which is called Runes.
What are Runes and what do we do with them?
Runes are a new consumable in Destiny The Taken King which you can obtain during the nightfall and Raid drops and the use for them is that you will need them to start Tier 3 public events which are to be a more difficult part of the event with various bosses going at once. Below find the two different type of Runes that you will see in Destiny the Taken King: There is a third one but we won’t know until the game comes out.
Reciprocal Rune:
An Ancient Relic that Summons one of Oryx’s Lieutenants in the court of Oryx
Stolen Rune:
A Dark Sigil that summons a pair of Oryx’s Lieutenants in the court of Oryx.
You will need the runes to summon the public events in which you will fight upto tier 4 bosses and a good strategy will be needed.
